Las Vegas Chapter

The Las Vegas Chapter meets at 2:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month at the Pueblo Room of the Clark County Government Center at 500 Grand Central Parkway, across from the World Trade Center. Scooters are available at no charge at the center for those needing them.

Meetings are not held during the months of July and August.

Chapter Notes

Jody Shervanick spoke at the April 10 meeting about "Operation Showers of Appreciation" where baby showers are given for expectant military moms.

Chapter President Ruth Kilmer says chapter officer elections will be held during their May 8 meeting. Those elected will be installed at the June 12 meeting.

In addition, the featured speaker at the May 8 meeting will be Troy Simmons from Habitat for Humanity. He will be giving an overview of the organization.
